    4. What activities are available during bad weather days?
    5. Describe the staff backgrounds and their expertise
    6. What background does the director have - and what references can be provided?
    7. What capabilities to handle emergency situations - medical and otherwise - does the camp have (staff and equipment/facilities)?
    8. How does the staff get campers to try new (unfamiliar) activities that they may not confident in trying?
    9. How is the program set up - how structured is it, and what activities are required?
    10. What is the refund, if any, if my summer camper leaves early?
